Holy crap that door is bad. I've seen one so far that had the bend in the wrong place, but it was a different bend. If they can't align the door I would push hard for a new one. But see what they can do first, and if they can't get it right, tell them you know the bend is in the wrong place.

The bad news is your Cybertruck looks like it has the worst alignment of any. The good news is, it seems like an easy fix that Service can easily remedy (as shown by others on this forum/X).

BTW, it's really funny that the owners of this forum haven't added Cybertruck to the spell check dictionary...

I have heard of the door alignment being fixed on the spot right at the delivery so it’s not a hard door adjustment. That A Frame was normal for earlier CT’s on one side(I forget which side) but they fixed that at least from what I saw at SC yesterday. Nothing major to see here. I’ve not heard of or know how they will get scratches out though. Can’t imagine it being as big deal.
