No, and don't do it since it will contaminate any charge you use in the future. And any vehicles that use that charger, and so on...

Had my wall connector for nearly 3 years, have not used DE grease, no issues, no corosion. Long live the charger!

dielectric grease won't actually hurt anything, but Tesla connectors are a LOT better than the trailer connections that you are probably used to (rightfully so) putting dielectric grease on.
