I took delivery and when I asked about my wall connector, they said the Foundation series only comes with the mobile connector.
I showed them the screenshot on my phone that even says "Universal Wall Connector and Gateway Included"
They said it's not included and haven't given one to any of the other deliveries.

Did anyone have this experience?

Included only if you proceed with and have the Powershare items installed by a Tesla certified installer.

The only hardware they will supply directly to the customer is the mobile connector.

Ok I see, I already talked to the company that quoted the Powershare installation ($3,000 install), they said that they supply the Gateway and installation only.
But they also haven't done an install yet and said they were waiting for a pallet of Gateways.
So I guess they'll also be supplied with the wall connectors.

What makes it more confusing if you look near bottom of your order page, above the payment button under "Charging" category it clearly says Universal Wall Charger & Mobile Charger included. Which should trump what's included for the "Home Powershare" Options since many will decline that package.

Your mobile connector comes with the Cybertruck delivery. The universal wall charger and gateway needs to be shipped and installed by a Tesla certified electrician/company, it is not included as part of your Cybertruck’s delivery but is included in the foundation pricing. Owners do not have the option of receiving the universal charger and gateway without the certified installer. ? AWD foundation orders includes the universal charger and gateway but does not cover installation fees, Cyberbeast foundation orders also include up to $4000 of installation.

Tesla Energy or a certified installation company will contact you to schedule an inspection to verify your location qualifies for installation. If your location qualifies, you will receive a quote for installation, then schedule installation after approving the quote. If your location does not qualify, you will be presented with supercharging credits as an alternative.

My universal charger and gateway were installed by Tesla Energy early this week in North Texas.

The PowerShare ability is currently scheduled to go live in June according to Tesla.

I'm getting 2 $700 credit vouchers, for my FS Cyberbeast, to buy stuff from the Shop so I'll pick up another Universal Wall Connector ?

Received the $700 credit since I already have powerwalls/gateway…ordered the universal wall connector and had it installed this AM..no issues. Just make sure to use the entire $700 since it’s a one-time deal.

It's not a scam when you don't qualify for a promotional add-on via your location or already installed equipment.

I disagree. If we all pay the same then they are taking in extra cash on those who do not qualify. There was no up front info about qualifications. Just that you get it. If they give credits or whatever lowert than the cost value to manufacture, then it's a scam. I don't understand where you get your copium.

Agree to disagree. To me, a promotional add-on would be something not listed as included equipment that's part of a paid package (like Foundation Series). For example, if it didn't list a T-shirt as part of the package, but gave me one, I would consider that a promotional add-on. In this case, I paid for a list of items. They didn't deliver one of the items I purchased, because I "already have one." Then they offered me less than the retail value of said item. To me, that's scammy. I think most people would consider that disingenuous. I've been a staunch Tesla supporter for almost a decade, but let's call a spade a spade.
