Rear passenger window sounds like seal leaks above about 30mph in cold weather.
Temporary fix - we lower that window a little, maybe just over a quarter of an inch, and seal is "perfect".

Anyone recently got any seals replaced or are they doing the whole windshield still?

Watching this thread.. my driver door vibrates against my leg (vibrates the mirror too) and on the passenger side the wind noise is pretty noticeable 40mph up.

Around corners you can feel the cold air coming in.. but this isn’t just a CT thing I have a couple of other non teslas where you can feel the cold air in the winter and warm air in the summer when going round corners.
I have both of these issues. The cool breeze is only on right-hand turns. The buffeting of the door swelling is anything over 55 and especially with high winds. If anyone figures this out, please share. I am thinking about taping the door seam at the front with blue tape and driving it on the highway to see if that fixes anything. They did fixed the driver's side wind noise at the window when the temp is at or below 20. The passenger side is whistling Dixie not only when driving, but when defrost is maxed. It goes in tomorrow for that and a couple other things.

I think I narrowed down the issues and have significantly cut down on all noise..

1) put some electrical tape popped around the door catch (black loop that the door latches onto - drivers side, significant less vibration on door and mirror

2)put rubber piping between the roof and windshield (not sure this did much but it looks better)

3) put a strip of rubber seal right before the passenger side window and window seal by the quarter panel window. This is what I think fixed the wind noise on the passenger side which indicates the window seal and window don’t quite fit right, you can feel the top of the front of the window slightly pushed out when the door closes.

I’ll take some pictures but right now it’s 90% better.

Edit. See attached you can see the extra rubber seal on the glass right next to the existing seal. All it’s doing is pushing the wind around the edge of the glass and existing seal..

Like all of you on this thread, my CT is very noisy with buffeting wind noise and window seal leaks all over the truck. I've been able to reduce the wind buffeting roar substantially by closing the air ducts leading from the grill to the front tires. I cut black urethane foam and squeezed it into the opening slots. Try it and at least the roar is tolerable up to 70 mph in 20 degree cold/dense air. The decibel level has gone from 80 to 70. Also try clear vinyl tape over the top of windshield crack to the glass roof.

I feel like my truck is noisy at highway speeds. I downloaded a decibel app and the reading was around 75 db with no a/C on at 75 mph on the highway. Has anyone else measured the decibels on their interior on the highway?

I can’t seem to find the thread but a poster ran a decibel test on a noise reduction kit (before and after). From my perspective my CTB seems pretty quiet at all speeds. The MYP I have is much louder.

My service center told me today that the gaps in the seals on the windshield are normal and they wouldn’t touch anything. I even told them about wind noise when driving.šŸ˜…šŸ˜…šŸ˜…
