Drivers Side Door Low Speed Rattle - NOT High Speed vibration/wobble Advice

I have annoying driver side door rattles (predominately front, but some lessor in the rear) that sound like plastic on plastic that has gotten worse since spring/summer where temps are obviously a lot hotter; did not notice any rattle during winter/cold months... I am aware of the video that fully desscribes the repair process for the high speed wobble or vibration (metal to metal based too I think), and that again is not my case; my issue is not metal on metal from what I am hearing. Slow, parking lot/neighborhood type driving is where I hear the rattles as opposed to at speed driving.

Are there any suggestions, video or otherwise, that describe the repair process to eliminate or mitigate the plastic type rattle I'm experiencing on my drivers side, and to a lesser extent, drives side rear door? I can see the trim removal process from the above mentioned video, but what repair/mitgation steps I have no idea of...

Just a wild guess here: could it be the door striker / latch rattling? I've read of people experiencing this and the solution is to add some white lithium grease to the door striker (bc the grease from the factory was either too little or wore away).
