I have not received any email on next steps. I own my Tesla shares with two different brokerage accounts. Only one of those brokerage account met the requirements of > 500 shares during the time frame required. I don’t know which brokerage account I upload to verify my stock ownership. My brokerage accounts are with Vanguard and Fidelity. I kind of recall one brokerage account was not accepted by SAY - I think Fidelity.

one poster indicated he received an email to sign up for the FS truck. He said he owned thousands of shares of Tesla I am wondering if the brokerage account I had previously up loaded around 2020 (prior to this FS truck event) did not have the required > 500 Tesla shares?

I will try to email Tesla Shareholders services to inquire about how they are handling the “next steps” referred to in this sign up verification

This is 100% what is happening. I know we are all excited but the sign up stopped last night. Lets give it through next week before we start rioting?

I hope your right and Shareholder Services is getting ready to send out signup emails this weekend - alternatively emails on how to to send or upload ownership confirmation > 500 shares.

Try looking under your profile settings
and under the Shareholder Preferences which is directly under your address and phone number information. Click on that link and you should see that your signed up.

Mine used to say that, "You are signed up for the.. blah blah". But now just says it's closed. Went through the profile settings -> shareholder preferences.

Oh well, wait and see I guess.

I got my invite with a reservation number of 12027.... which I placed that reservation in Feb of this year, so pretty sure my invite timing was directly tied to the fact I have significant holdings in Tesla and they know about that via previously registering for shareholder voting.

Ordering in Feb 2024 and getting an invite to configure I don't think is a coincidence, I think it has everything to do with Tesla throwing me a bone for taking it in the preverbal shorts holding this much of the stock for so long.

Are you sure you actually signed up? You would have have to have clicked on the link with the page with all the terms and click the button on bottom. I haven’t received anything and mine still says I’m signed up so it’s weird yours says that. Sounds like other people are getting emails and vins.

Yes, my previous accidental attachment showed their acknowledgment that I have signed up and to expect email next steps.

And the note saying that the signup period has ended is now replaced by the earlier note saying that I am signed up. Weird.
