My wife ordered the cybertruck on her own account, separate to mine which already had Say attached. When I tried to verify with Say on my wife's account, it errored out (probably due to it already being associated). I submitted a manual statement from end of Feb 2024 showing the total number of shares owned and acquisition date (prior to 2021). The statement was in both mine and my wife's name. I uploaded the same statement for both the 2021 statement and the 2024 statement, since it shows both acquisition date and current date.

Fingers crossed there are no issues with all that!

Just got the email asking for statements. I had previously downloaded them as pdfs. But when I went to submit them, it says invalid file type. I tried with different browsers, tried printing those downloaded files to pdf option, same. Anyone else see this?

Edit: Rescanned relevant printed pages (instead of using downloaded files) and resubmitted. It worked!!!

No email for me yet. I signed up when everyone else did and have the confirmation that I signed up. But nothing since.
