It would be a real bummer if somebody detonated a EMP or even a massive solar event and wiped out all our CTs. I wonder how much thought if any is being put into protection and or replaceable fuses?

Its interesting the fear of an emp large enough to fry electronics. If this happens we will be having much greater issues in the world. I mean yea in theory an emp proof anything is cool but i would think the likelyhood of ever needing it is far far greater than winning the lottery.

But, If it's a pretty simple/ cheap fix to protect the electronics. Seems like another option that will separate the CT from everything else.
