Estimated Delivery Window was not provided

I am in Georgia. Placed order for AWD (RN11279) on 12/31.

I did not get the delivery timeframe during the order process, and I don’t see it in order confirmation email, website, iphone app.

Based on the details, posted by other people – I am not alone. On the other hand, there are people in GA, who placed the order 2 weeks after me and got the estimated timeframe.

Called Tesla – they don’t know.

Any idea why some people do not receive estimated delivery timeframe?

I think the only place a timeline is ever given is on the configuration page during the ordering process. If you didn't see it there, you'd be the first, and there would likely have been some glitch that caused it to not show up. It would have been on the page where you pick the trim. They are very careful to not have things in writing that you could refer back to later.

there's seems a good chance you simply may not have noticed the rather inconspicuous place this info was ever conveyed

it was never in some separate email or notice, but instead listed on the top trim selection at the very beginning of the process

i'm not saying you're wrong and that it absolutely was there for you, but instead that there seems a possibility that there's a missunderstanding?

Right now it shows Feb - Apr for new orders, so you'll likely be before april

Yeah, I never got an estimate either. I ordered on 12/15 during the second wave, but I never got an invite either.....just followed the advice of a poster here who said to try clicking on the picture of the Cybertruck in the app. It worked and I was able to order. But no estimate for delivery.

As well as I can remember, the delivery estimates were on the top of each of the vehicles when they were all listed on a single page.
For the AWD, they were Jan-Mar up to early this week and they started listing -APR.

Beasts, if you ordered in early Dec wereDec-Mar, but for most is second half this year.

RWD is next year.

I do not buy for one second that Tesla has different configuration landing pages where y’all weren’t given the same EDD as everyone else

I have the exact same experience as you, I looked for that estimated delivery date during the ordering process (January 9th, South Carolina) and did not find it nor is it on my order confirmation email. On another thread I was essentially told I missed it so I simply said I may be mistaken, I did not take screenshots because I was too excited making the order. But I really did look hard for that estimated delivery and did not see it. Just FYI, I ordered a cyberbeast, don't know if that makes a difference.

CyberBeast? Sit back and chill for about 6 months.

The dates appeared on the pre-order screen and that's the ONLY place it has ever appeared.
