Best vehicle I’ve ever driven, much less owned. Very very happy with it.Would like to get a consensus of opinions from owners who have had their CT for over a month now?
I love the car but have friends looks to sell saying it’s too big for an everyday day.
Curious to hear others opinions.
It's just a funny thing to complain about. And some have been able to return trucks for cause, so... it's not exactly sight unseen. And it"s standard for Tesla to sell cars without test drives. They were doing that when we put our reservations down.@Crissa ….. am I asking or expecting too much?
I have not noticed any heating to speak of in my phone. I have a Galaxy S21 Ultra in an Otterbox case. Makes me wonder if the thicker case is somehow resulting in less loss in the phone. I expect this makes the transfer over-all less efficient, but if the phone has clamping diodes on the coils for protection that could explain why local heating in the phone is reduced with more air gap. Maybe folks with phones that get hot can also try different thickness pads.If you just want to make it so it doesn't charge should be a matter of finding the right material / thickness of material (ideally black so it's not noticeable) to put down in the holder and put your phone on top of. Someone should make an insert. Or figure a way to unplug / disable the inductive charging.
Personally I have an android galaxy in a TPU case and don't have much issue and it charges great. Occasionally gets a little warm but I just move it to the cup holder for a bit. Don't need to do that often though.
Just some thoughts...
Yeah had it since April 24th. My first truck and no issues at all and never even thought about being too big. Really easy to drive and park anywhere. Yeah absolutely love it.Would like to get a consensus of opinions from owners who have had their CT for over a month now?

aluminum foil downI love it. 5k miles in. Only complaint is I don't like the wireless phone chargers and haven't found a great way to set my phone on it to bypass the wireless charger and keep the phone from moving around. 3rd party mounts haven't worked well.
The steering is single best part of the truck and makes it easy to drive and park despite its size.
You only live once, if you can afford the truck get it. It's innovative and is a portable reminder to the rest of the world you don't care for their opinion and you are not interested in the conventional. 10+ years from now having such an iconoclastic truck will be an awesome memory. You won't readily remember any other vehicle you buy instead. It also is not a sacrifice in features or ride quality. It is a smooth, functional, luxurious, damn nice truck.

I love my Cybertruck, after only 2.5 months still earning and exploring capabilities, but I will never forget the experience of owning my 2013 Model S P85, especially since I still have it and still love it. ?I love it. 5k miles in. It should be up to the phones to manage how much power they draw like any other device. Apple needs to fix this, not Tesla.I have not noticed any heating to speak of in my phone.
