If you sell your Tesla private party, or to another dealer, "owned FSD" goes with the car....

If you trade it into Tesla... they're stripping that feature off in the system and then selling the car used with a one month trial FSD subscription.

They might be giving you some trade in $ for the 'feature'.. but they'd rather the new owner pay that sweet sweet monthly sub, so...

I would suspect trade in's to Tesla that they decide not to sell themselves, but instead send off to auction, are also being stripped at this point.

if you trade to Tesla they remove it but private party or 3rd party it transfers. Fsd won't have an impact on value if traded to Tesla or Carmax and Carvana
