Firing service center techs

@Elonmusk I understand laying off production workers when sales are off, but firing technicians at service centers adversely impacts customer satisfaction making an already bad situation worse.

Yup. It was a very stupid move to blindly fire from all departments. My SC is even more short staffed now

Same for Jacksonville and likely every other Tesla service center. It extended the time they have my CT in for service due to less techs. It'll also extend how long it takes to get an appointment for service. All very frustrating and unnecessary!

Bad timing all around. Guess a few more days or weeks don't matter when sales are guaranteed.

Labor is always the first to get cut when restructurings/reorganizing. Even the new marketing department and design studio were impacted.

Sorry but I’d you had the service advisor I had, blaming his life troubles on Tesla engineering, it’s worth getting rid of those people. All the coworkers know who they are but can’t do anything about it. This is like just ripping off the bandaid.

Seems nobody cares at HQ? Service is horrible, months to get in. Long wait for parts. If u own an old out of warranty, good luck. Elon needs to get out of politics. Get on the line in Austin. Put on 24/7 shifts.
