Women feel threatened…. They might 2nd tier for up to a year and the men will have an optional place to “sleep”.Most of the people I met today were not Tesla owners, but planned to be 'soon'.
Women seemed to hate it
Men loved it
Kids said, "Is that real?"
here is a truck in medium - notice it is even *higher* than the showroom truck, which appears instead to have been down in lowIt wasn’t in the high position but I am not tall. I didn’t even come up to the top of the doors.

Thanks for the pics! The white interior with the white seat trim looks nice, and indeed the back seat is folded up.I took about 60 photos today at 50 MP, hoping for good opportunities to zoom in and catch details.

The glare on the windows made for horrible interior shots.
- I noticed the dual hexagon cup holders.
- The rear bench seat flips up.
- Tires are 34.6" in diameter. (285/65R20, to be exact).
- The large block below the license plate appears removable (for towing).
- The rearview mirror looked like a normal mirror from the passenger side but black from the driver's side. I assume this will be a screen, as seen in previous videos and noted by Elon.
- Some rear panel gaps seemed planned but large and located in interesting places.
- The front wheel liners look ready for optional mud flaps as we can get on the X.
- The wiper appears to be one large blade (I expected a dual-blade setup).
I did not see a VIN. Where are those located?

Measuring tape app and screen shot. But thanks for the pics. Wonder if they have one at the Austin Showroom?Went to see the one in San Jose.
It's so cute! Spouse didn't like how they were greeting people, convincing them to part with contact details so walked out.
I really like the styling. The bumpers all were easily stepable, the aft ones more. That little triangle in the back is 2-3", level, definitely god to step on.
No, they didn't let me measure anything.
That suspension piece is clearly supposed to have a curve in it.
And this model had a white interior.

Haha. Doors with included windows.Well.. you're a dog
I was so excited to get inside that I just gave them the information without asking why they wanted it, nor did I look for the kind of placard that others saw in San Diego. They definitely already have that information so no privacy issue. Most of us, they already know... I'm guessing most people walking in to see the Cybertruck are long-time Telsa vehicle owners.
I was not contesting what you said. I was only saying that it still seemed big to me. I was happy with the size of the OG at the Petersen as it seemed smaller than all of the hype of it being a “monster” (which I do not need in my driveway). I am still happy with the size. If it is the size of the Model X in 2 dimensions then all the better.here is a truck in medium - notice it is even *higher* than the showroom truck, which appears instead to have been down in low

As an F150 owner who has had a CyberTruck next to my Lightning, in the showroom/low setting the truck is decidedly not large looking - and by no means appearing as large as the Petersen monster truck
in low the CT is basically the height of a Model X, as ~wide (at the sheet metal) as a ModelX, and while ~20” longer than a model X, nearly a foot shorter than an F150
meanwhile, here’s the Petersen monster trucksize compared to an F150

That Petersen OG prototype makes the F150 look small, in about exactly the same way a stock F150 makes the production CyberTruck in low look small next to an F150
but I’m sure that in a showroom, next to cars, and in the excitement, it seemed as big as could be
But there’s a smudge!this is what “REAL “ trucks look like!![]()
Great Pics, thanks for sharing. I'm driving there this morning (2 hours north).I took about 60 photos today at 50 MP, hoping for good opportunities to zoom in and catch details.

Couldn’t get to the San Diego one tonight. Trying to get there tomorrow. Based on the Peterson prototype pix vs in-person, it’ll look better in person!
Funny comment my wife made, iLike the tires!Couldn’t get to the San Diego one tonight. Trying to get there tomorrow. Based on the Peterson prototype pix vs in-person, it’ll look better in person!
