Funny enough. I literally just got back from my MYP inspection for Lyft/Uber.Uhmm did you get the cybertruck certified (inspected/approved) by Uber instead of using your Model Y?
The video must be flipped, there are no RHD Cybertrucks as yet AFAIK....why the heck is the steering wheel on the right side when he's in Houston?
also, I wish someone in that young lady's life would have a sincere conversation about modesty. There's nothing I want more after a long work week than to have an Uber driver speak to me nonstop...
The kid's excitement was cool to see though.
Uber as of today (6/3) still does not allow Cybertruck to be on their platform, so though he picked up someone in a Cybertruck it isnt technically certified and not valid/legal.Uhmm did you get the cybertruck certified (inspected/approved) by Uber instead of using your Model Y?
(At approx. 1:52 in the video it was stated she was to expect the Model Y - )
Correct it’s an insurance issue on Uber. Personal insurance doesn’t cover an accident during ridesharing and Uber won’t cover an accident if it’s not certified so if something were to happen, it wouldn’t be covered by insurance at all.Uber as of today (6/3) still does not allow Cybertruck to be on their platform, so though he picked up someone in a Cybertruck it isnt technically certified and not valid/legal.
Lyft does allow Cybertruck and I picked up my first approved Lyft passenger on 6/1.
