Is this normal for it to sit at 60% for a longer period of time?
Working in IT I do believe this can happen but being a first time EV person of course I'm concerned.

Whoa easy with the really lol
In my paranoid state 5-10 minutes feels like an hour

So I'm sure it has only been 10 minutes at 60% and after I posted this I of course did a simple internet search and found this can be common (just like computers) and the last 40% will zoom.

1% install now is not a time frame

Have done so many updates over the years and still get paranoid. It has never happened to me but what does one do if it does truly get stuck and doesn’t move for over an hour or two?

I’d like to know the solution too. My truck has been downloading an update since yesterday but I’m still sitting at 76% as of now.

I haven’t seen a download take this long on previous software downloads on the truck or my Model Y. Tempted to do the reset but I don’t want to have to wait a whole day for it to download again.

Best way to do updates is remote and absolutely not in the vehicle. Let it have a few hours of you not watching the kettle boil!
