Flat Flex Cable Harness?

I took my AWD Cybertruck into service today due to bubbling on my steering wheel.

An item on my Service Summary is "Install Flat Flex Cable Harness Guide"

I asked the lady there and she didn't know what it was exactly. She did mention they have to remove a bunch of interior panels to route the cable. Does anyone know what this Flex Cable Harness is?

My truck is going in on Monday to pick up the spare tire. Both Install Flat Flex Cable Harness guide and Torque Tri Motor rear drive unit oil fill plug were added to the service ticket. Do they really have to remove the entire interior for this? I was hoping for a quick in & out while I wait but maybe not.

Yes. They replaced the steering wheel under warranty. It wasn't that bad but it was bubbling. About the size of a quarter.
