Front End Squeaking and Creaking

So on my way to Virginia from Philadelphia I had the enjoyment of listening to a squeaking and creaking from the front end for a round trip of over 800 miles. Set appointment up at SC and dropped off on Monday. They basically rebuilt the front end, ball joints, control arms, etc. Pickup was set for Friday at 4:30. At pickup I got into the car and didn’t drive 50 feet and the noise was actually worse than when I dropped it off. Now back in the loaner and waiting for parts. What else could be making a front end noise? Like I said, the front end is brand new!! Can’t get an answer out of anyone. Anyone have this happen?

I had a similar problem when I first got the truck. The SC put it on the lift, couldn’t find anything, when it came off the lift it no longer squeaked. It only took a mile or so of driving to come back. Shortly after I took it to the tire shop to have a tire plugged. Same thing, went in squeaking, came out not squeaking, which came back quickly. Weirdly, I parked it for two weeks while out of the country and have rarely heard a squeak since. That was over six months ago.
