what competition? :ROFLMAO:
F150L is only EV truck in market with power outlet. all of them sitting at dealer lots for $87K+
Rivian doesn't have one and plan to remove even 12V from frunk
Chevy and Hummer are vaporware
Bollinger have "optional" 240V - but Im afraid it is definetely vaporware

The Bollinger had a cool design and setup. I really like the full truck pass through. But it would be ripped to shreds as a Tesla truck because it doesn’t fit in a garage.

Making the CT fit in a garage is a huge compromise that is playing out with all these other features being less desirable. If you want a truck, you can’t be begging to have it fit in a garage. There is only so much coolness volume that can fit in a garage.

where is this expectation is coming from for huge frunk and outlets?!
are you using your frunk outlets now with QX50? have you seen any other non-tesla EV under the hood?
you want huge frunk and outlets - go buy F150L - available now!
stop whining, vote with your wallet :)
If there aren't outlets, I'm putting them in.

I put them in my Sentra, I'm definitely putting them in my Cybertruck.

...an obnoxious seat for watching...

It’s not definitive that there are no outlets. There is one wall of the frunk that is not visible. But when we saw the hood open without the frunk lining, it didn’t look like there were any outlets either. Pretty good evidence that the frunk has no outlets but not 100% confirmed.

No matter what car or truck, the ideal is always less vehicle and more space.

I still think the equipment packaging behind the CT frunk is rather sub-optimal, given that it's essentially the same as the MY setup, but the CT is much larger, and has some 1000L (270gallons) of volume just under the dash alone. That's more volume than a MY boot.

At some point in the future I'm still hoping they'll use axial flux pancake motors in the wheels, with that they'll create a lot more useable internal volume.

We haven't seen outlets in the vault of any production intent model, either.

And that's a Cybertruck logo in the back wall of the frunk. Animated image by @1993FordAerostar showing it more clearly. ?

KInd of like my wife's Model 3 Frunk, just enough room for this and that. I'd be interested if I could fit a substantial cooler up front.

And thus, humans evolved to be without arms, because there was no need.

Maybe about year 5555?

With Tesla motorizing all large doors/frunk, hatch, autonomous robotaxis, and NeuraLink cause it to happen sooner?

Zager & Evans - In the Year 2525
Here's a music video I cut together with footage from the classic apocalyptic sci-fi film Metropolis, combined with sci-fi folk song In The Year 2525 by Zager & Evans. I really found them fitting together in a dystopian transhumanist meets Aldous Huxley's Brave New World kind of way. What awaits humanity after the intense technological and biological developments set in motion?

Valid question. I'd like to run a jobsite radio, battery charger for various tools, jobsite compressor, welder, table saw, jackhammer and so much more! Most sites have power, but every once in a while there's the odd site that has nothing. It's gonna be awesome to have 110 and 220v. Make no mistake, we were promised 110 and 220, I'm counting on it.

Even if the site does, doesn't mean it's over in the corner you're working. Being able to spread out or have power anywhere without a generator is awesome. I've been running around with a battery powered inverter for like fifteen years... the jealousy of others trying to keep a generator gassed while I just have lights without the noise has been remarked on more than once.

Just to clarify, this would be the 5th largest, behind the Lightning, Silverado and Hummer Twins
I admit I forgot about the Hummer (though I would count it as one, rather than two). But is the Silverado out yet?

This was the vehicle I really wanted. I’d probably take it over a Cybertruck. If it existed (which it doesn’t) and wasn’t priced in the 6 digit range.
