I wonder if it has to be related to my.... Enthusiastic reports...
Doubt it, though I am wondering if my candid feedback from my last service visit about whether I’d recommend the brand has me labeled as a Suppressive Person internally. ?

I just told them the truth. I’m not pushing Tesla on people with what’s going on right now. Sorry, not sorry. I used to, not now! Not in this unforced, unnecessarily hostile environment. Get somebody else to do it!

Outside of that this just happens from time to time I don’t know what the rhyme or reason is. Even influencers get left out of small step updates sometimes.

The releases follow a pattern of going from a stable version to another stable version. Not always but almost there are unstable versions in between that are sent to a small group of users. After the release passes their blessing it becomes stable and available to a larger base of users. Currently the last stable release is 13.2.4. We have seen 13.2.5 and I think even 13.2.5.1 both of which have been unstable and did not pass. Of course folks that were on that unstable path get quick updates - Tesla doesn’t want to have it hanging out there long. So if you got a bunch of updates recently or not is tied this pattern. Not tied to your ā€œadvancedā€ setting or even your past update history. It’s not you in other words. The team is doing what is safe.

13.2.6 is in that ā€œbakingā€ period. And so far it’s looking like it’s not unstable. So hopefully it’ll be labeled as safe and more users get it.

Installing 13.2.6 now. I’m going on a 600 mile trip tomorrow so that will be a good test. I’ve been pretty happy with 13.2.4.

Watch out for it continuing to hug the yellow line on highway passing lane and slow merging out of the passing lane.

My truck updated the other night (saturday?) and other then the trailer selections, I don't notice any drastic change. I did notice it turned onto my street very smoothly, it no longer cuts the turn short and quickly, it was a smooth 90 degree left turn at a good speed.

I’m still at FSD 13.2.4 and v12 (2024.45.25.15). I have the advanced option.

It’ll come eventually.
BTW, did this update fix the random wiper engagement while in FSD?

Just installed 2024.45.32.10
FSD v13.2.6

The previous v13.2.4 was great a few time it drove below the speed limit.

I updated to v13.2.6 and did not see changes in any of the following:
1. Cutting off the center yellow line on left turns. I have had cars coming to a stop and I am cutting them off early or having to take over and swerve due to FSD cutting across center yellow lines on left turns.
2. Riding the white edge line on some roads. Unfortunately when the edge of the road is right at the line or snow, it is a bit hazardous
3. Speed control not improved. Still below speed limit sometimes
4. Initiating FSD does not pick up current speed while driving slightly above the speed limit or at. I sometimes have to slow down significantly to have FSD take over the speed pedal when it use to take over immediately and then slow to a speed it wants
5. Speed signs are not getting read all the time in the middle of the day.
6. Not sure about fantom wipes yet
7. Not sure about random slow downs

I have the latest update and I have about 30 miles of FSD under my belt with it yesterday. I did not get any phantom wipes during the drive.

Iā€˜ve driven 100 miles since the 13.2.6 download and gotten several phantom windshield wipes (no rain, mist or fog present). I checked to ensure the windshield was cleaned before I drove.

Phantom wipes were almost completely fixed by cleaning the glass inside the windshield camera housing. Pretty easy to pop off the plastic and take a couple screws out to get access. I didn't need to disconnect the GPS antenna as directed in the service docs.

How do I pop the cover off?

No hugging for me but it is slow to exit the left lane after putting the blinker on. It sometimes rides for awhile with the blinker before actually changing lanes.
