I have found that if you maintain a constant speed for some time (maybe 30 seconds) before engagement that the yo-yo is minimal. My theory is that the CT wants a stable environment to engage, so maintain a constant speed, engaging on a straightaway, seem to help. Only anecdotal evidenceNo issues w lane position, but speed yo-yo when engagement starts at speed continues to be an issue
Yes - frequently hugs the left. Not centered in the lane. Have reverted to driver control and cancelled FSD when that happens.Does anyone else's FSD drive over the left lane line like 3 out of 5 times?
Still hugs the left too much.
The left could use some hugs ?Yes - frequently hugs the left.
Mine actually continually drives over the left line. Also, when I turn on my blinker for it to change lanes, it won't change lanes sometimes even when it is clearly safe to do so (no vehicles anywhere nearby).Yes. Still hugs the left too much.
Same hereMine actually continually drives over the left line. Also, when I turn on my blinker for it to change lanes, it won't change lanes sometimes even when it is clearly safe to do so (no vehicles anywhere nearby).
When I brought this up at service, the service tech said he didn't recommend doing the camera calibration and suggested just being patient until an update fixes the issue.Fine here. Is there calibration?
I believe this is the correct answer, unfortunately. When I brought this up at service, the service tech said he didn't recommend doing the camera calibration and suggested just being patient until an update fixes the issue.
My experience was substantially similar on my recent 400+ mile trip.I drove 400+ miles home, when I bought it, and it hit the rumble strips on the left 3x. So, basically once every 150mi or so. Since I don't drive the interstate normally, it hasn't done it. It does like to be close to the center line on backcountry roads, but I prefer that on narrow country roads where the shoulder is soft and crumbled.
