I had to disconnect upper console though as it has a pin through the beauty cover.

Hmmm that must be a running change? Either that or I carelessly snapped off the pin lol

When I replaced the glare shield , I was unable to disconnect the GPS antenna.

“Slide out the white tab and disconnect easy peasy!” Lol no. They should use those connectors to mount the cantrails. ffs

My older truck has the same type feature. Removing the beauty cover pops the gear module loose. Not sure of the shape though.
