For everyone complaining about the lack of max speed, let's first get the update and see how it performs before we flip out. My understanding is that nothing has really changed. If its going to slow, roll the scroll wheel up. If it's going to fast, roll it down. The only difference is you see a speed profile instead of a number.

Sure. And, does it work as I said? Sloth will drive the speed limit. Other profiles will go faster. Seems exactly like the behavior people want - just without the exact number.

The issue, for me, is when you don't know the speed limit.

That's the single biggest complaint with V14 followed by "stabby" braking.

You're right, it works great.... As long as it knows the speed limit, which it frequently doesn't. Speed control was a good band-aid because you could adjust it in realtime when the car didn't know the speed limit, and not have to disengage.

I kinda wish they would've kept speed control and compared the data of user-controlled speed average on a road vs map data and used the user preferences to adjust the map data over time.
