I get it's a wish list, but it's not likely for the same reason M3, S,X no longer get acceleration boost as an option. They want to keep a gap in the difference in the performance models.

Almost 0 chance there's a free upgrade to it, as well.
I'd pay 1k and maybe 2k for the insane mode if it was offered with the AWD CT.

1. Fix the Apple Music Bugs (existed in my MSLR too)
2. Setting to always park high, not just when I add that location.
3. Squat mode as mentioned, but basically the ability for the front to be very high and the back to be low so I can drive a quad right up.
4. More streaming options, like Paramount+.
5. Turn off specific "still open" alerts. My tonneau is always open, stop telling me.
6. Ability to not always default back to the map, I want visualization full more times than not.
7. The ability to auto fold mirrors at home, when I don't auto-lock at home.
8. More stereo EQ options, more fine tune.
9. Set and Save EQ options, 1 for rock, country, rap, etc. Set by me and named.
10. Crabwalk, not sure a need, but cool to see.
11. More speed, agree it can be likely be done. Even if its just 0-60.

I could probably go on longer.

Because it can.

The Rivian R1T Duel Large is 0-60 in 3.4 sec while the AWD CT is 4.1 sec

Also, the higher stats on Rivian.
Rivian Tri 2.9
Rivian Quad 2.5

CT Beast 2.6
I think the Quad stats are wrong for the Rivian,

  • Waze Integration
  • Option to route to 3rd party CCS stations
  • ACC option along with FSD. Let the driver choose without having to change settings.
  • YouTube audio while driving. Many programs are just about as good without the video.
  • When on a route that requires supercharging, display the target charge amount for each stop, not just the theoretical number of minutes remaining until we have charged enough to continue the trip.
  • Display the battery percentage and miles estimate simultaneously
  • Add a 10-day weather forecast to the new weather popup
  • Make minimal lane changes sticky
  • Make FSD accelerate to the set speed instead of only slowing down
  • When text messages include images, flash them onto the screen for a few seconds while reading the message to me out loud.
  • Improve the calendar app to show an actual monthly and yearly calendar (grid style).

7. The ability to auto fold mirrors at home, when I don't auto-lock at home.
This should work already, I don't auto-lock at home and my mirrors automatically fold when I pull into my driveway/garage.

#11 is top of my wish list, if it's possible. I vaguely remember the early specs on the dual-motor quoting 0-60 @ 3.8 seconds, but it changed along the way to 4.1 seconds.

A quick access button on the screen for folding / unfolding the mirrors. Cybertruck is a wide vehicle and it could be parked easier if the mirrors could easily be folded on demand (i.e. in tight squeezes past a garage wall post).

Some of these are repeats from other posters:

- Leave rear view on with turn signals
- Ability to change 'default' zoom/crop level of rearview (like they do with off-road mode)
- Acceleration Boost option (like on the MYLR)
- FSD, haha!!

Side note on 0-60 times: AWD is 4.1, Beast is 2.6 with rollout subtracted. I'm not a fan of Tesla subtracting rollout from ONLY the performance variants of the different models (they do this for S, 3, X, Y, and Beast).

If you subtract rollout from the AWD, you get ~3.8 0-60. Beast is still the king, but 3.8 sounds better, haha!!

It's 3.8 seconds with rollout subtracted. They subtract rollout on the Beast, but not the AWD. Beast would be ~2.9 (or heaven forbid, ~3.0!! haha!!) with rollout included.

Tesla subtracts rollout from the performance variants (S, 3, X, Y, Beast) but not the 'regular' variants to make the 0-60 delta look bigger than it is. I'm not a fan of that at all.

The wish list is nice, but is there anyway to send the feature request to Tesla?

#1, a warning sound if other vehicles in the unsafe range. The red screen is not enough, who is waiting the screen while changing lane? I got honked twice because of this!!!

1) When filling tires, the vehicle must appropriately alert user when proper PSI is reached

2) All UI elements must be of customizable size

3) navigation should be able to be used while vehicle is in reverse (if stopped)

4) FSD needs ro incorporate route memory for things like pothole avoidance on common routes, preferred speed for bump/rough road, etc

5) navigation should always have single button for home and work routing when not on a route. Nav should remember previously selected route option

6) secure vault must have security independent of overall car lock status. Otherwise it’s just a vault…or all vehicles have secure cabins.

7) we got mirror tilt on reverse customization, yay! Scratch that off the list.

8) high ride height adjustment should go back to preferred ride height after 500 ft instead of current 100 ft.

9) auto shift shoold remember if car backed in to garage or pulled forward into garage to increase probability that it selects correct gear

10) rearward collision avoidance is needed

11) allow customization of FOV/size of simulated rear and side view mirror views

12) modularize software platform to support third party Bluetooth physical buttons, knobs, sliders, etc to achieve specific software functionality (ie, turn on radio, preset 1, change heat/cool, etc)

13) always on autopilot to always keep car between the lines, kinda like my wife’s 2017 Honda minivan does, and provide visual alerts that this system will stop working after 15 seconds of inattention…I had to turn off the freak out alert warning for impending crossing of a line…my wife’s minivan resists my drifting slightly to early towards an exit whereas CT ? the bed.

Wonder if possible to have a little more coast when parking. When you ease up on the gas, the truck stops too quickly.
There is no gas (pedal) in a Tesla. But when you ease back on the throttle pedal, it's fully proportional to how much you ease the pedal back. If it's stopping too quickly for you, it simply means you eased back too much.
