So with a reservation # of 10,611 for a tri motor, when would I to be notified about configuration, and then subsequently take delivery of the truck??
Probably the billion dollar question, huh?

At some point after the delivery event they will likely begin to trickle out invites to configure and order. Most likely those invites will be sent in batches based on the reservation number and location.

Right now our expectation is that the delivery event will likely occur at the end of the 3rd Quarter, so end of September. Then they likely will be manufacturing a very small amount of vehicles which may be limited in distribution for the first several weeks/months to somewhere near the factory so they can quickly identify and address issues.

After that then they would likely start distributing elsewhere in the US. I personally don't think they will limit it to a specific coast or anything since their distribution network is more mature now, but who knows.

It's the total number, not the number of tri-motor ahead of you you need to worry about. Employees and local residents will probably also be scooted in front of you. They'll send you an email and your Tesla account will have a notification on it to configure your truck.

So, sometime after September.

Chance that after attrition and multiple order people are kicked down the line, you get yours in Q4. Depending... More likely Q1 I would bet.

Holy cow, Thomas, that is a low rez. By my calcs, you should take delivery at the end of September. Why would you reserve it so quickly? Don't you want to wait for all the chinks in the armor to get ironed out? Didn't you care about others who really need it sooner (like me!)? Aren't you responsible for the server crashing on reveal night? Have you no integrity at all? Have you lost your everliving mind?
