Got VIN today, Virginia

Unfortunately, we're taxed based on value after registration, regardless of where it was purchased.

I meant I wished he was able to 'register' it in another state besides Virginia, not just buy it outside of Virginia. That's why I said I wished he was in another state. Virginia will get their money each year in property taxes from people registering vehicles there. I know some people who live there and have to deal with that nonsense.

So true. I only have my old H3 registered here in VA for that exact reason. Tint and mirror laws here are also unfriendly for what I want to do.

I’m also wondering where all the Virginia guys on here reside? Glen Allen is my delivery center, but live/work in Charlottesville area.

I am in Amelia County. I too will go to Glen Allen. Who knows when though.
10 weeks since I placed my order. Very frustrated with the lack of communication. All the horror stories far outweigh the silence from Tesla.

My Reservation number is 11284. Ordered the FS CT 1/18 and have seen lots of people in other states with way higher numbers get delivered.
Plus with all the line jumpers, and that may be the offer if you buy certain Model Y’s now!
I am thinking June for me.
