whoops, yeah type-o on my orig post. fixed.If you say each employee makes 6 sets per hour,
5 emps x 6 sets x 12 hrs x 5 days x 4 weeks x 4 months = 28,800 like you said but, your math should have resulted in 38,400 sets... But, I don't know where you got the 10*4 to start there...
The only way I see Tesla not being able to scale up production of wheel covers is if they have decided to not invest in the capability because they are planning on stopping offering them with every truck. Perhaps they'll be just an accessory and not many people would go out and buy semi-effective hub caps for a truck. I mean, how many trucks have hub caps these days?
I see the end of those truck wheel covers coming soon... perhaps replaced by nice hub covers and lugnut covers.
I agree. I could them them going away in the next 6-12 months. Maybe they'll offer them only in the Tesla shop for a time.
