Zombies cant drive,
and when its really foggy or overcast it will help.
Or when I’m driving inside a very large building without lights.
Don’t asked me how I know...??
You will be a beacon for the predator though.

Wow! I wanted to talk top laser lights and bam, took me way back in time maconjt. 🤣

So after the Cyber Rodeo, none of my questions were answered really. Sorta disappointed me to say the least. One of them was that top laser light bar. To me, it is truly a part of this future idea of a Cybertruck. A top light bar to come standard would be awesome and I would like to “believe” of course, to be true still. Like the side pillars 🙏 for
Instance, which no display at The Cyber Rodeo even showed that I’m aware of. These two features are pretty frkn cool and practical IMO.
Anyone have any ideas on top laser light bar after all this time? Mind if
I say pillars as well Maconjt?

Having had high power roll bar mounted driving lights, I frequently found difficulty in obscured atmospheres like dust, fog, and rain. The light would bounce back into your eyes. Once I moved the lights below hood level onto a grille guard, the bounce back effect was almost (but not entirely) eliminated. I would vote against a top of the windshield light bar.

Agreed. Whom ever would attempt that would be asking for trouble. 🤣
Too light bar has it uses for
Me with camp and also jobs that go into the night. Also, great for in mountains as well. Lower light bar is best for driving in harsh conditions. My reason for a top
Light bar is to not drive with them on in harsh conditions.🤣or while on freeways🤣 .

Top mounted light bar also attracts bugs towards the windscreen which is not helpful. But on a clear bug free night a higher mounted light illuminates road debris and potholes better.

Top light bar has its drawbacks, but it is good as camp or rescue lighting.

Certainly you never use it in inclement weather to see from inside the truck, no.

I’m not sure zombies will detect well via infra red. Certainly won’t light up like a deer or human.

I hope the Cybertruck will have matrix headlights which I believe pretty much eliminates the whole low-beam/ high beam thing and I believe allows for a much broader beams for peripheral coverage.

Beyond that I don’t care a whole lot what the light configuration is.
