I'm having a similar issue with my gen3 wall charger at the moment. It's stuck in provisioning mode, but otherwise all diagnostics check out. Waiting to hear back from the "Wall Connector Support" team.
I have already recalled one under warranty for the same issue. Hopefully they release an updated design soon.
