I park my CT outside and want my home charger on and exterior garage wall. Is this a problem or any recommendations?

Not a problem. The Tesla Wall connector is designed to be weather proof.

There are a few pedestal options. Think destination chargers.
The wall charger is, as mentioned, weather resistant.
The cord length and parking position will need to be considered. Don't expect to mount the charger to the right of the driveway, pull in face forward and then the cord reaches all the way around the truck. Measure twice.

I have had two wall connectors installed outside for 10yrs+ without issue. Mine are both wall mounted.
