Universal Wall Connector Flashing Green and Blue Status Lights???

Has anyone see this combination before? I have PowerShare enabled with the house and the unit has worked normally (LED status wise) until the other day.

Everything seems to be normally, but wondering what this means?

I tried this, but none of my led combinations appear in the list.

Like a few others who have experienced this, the light pattern does not match up to anything Tesla has published or even matches examples in their self-help portal.

yes the unit still functions fine.
