How do you tell FSD to use or not use the HOV lane?

You're not crazy, I see it under "Navigation" - though it's not specifically for FSD. May affect both, I'll have to test it later.

Relevant because in Arizona it’s not longer the case you can use the Hov irrespective of occupancy. Apparently it’s a $500 fine they are enjoying giving out right now.
So I have to be able to toggle it on and off.

You can also use the voice commands. I say "enable HOV" and "disable HOV". You get an acknowledgement from the truck when the setting changes.
