How to get rid of discolouration on panel?

I have a weird discolouration on a door panel. I have tried washing and using things like citri77. Any idea how I could get rid of this? It’s the dark spot on the door.

Hard to tell from the picture, however if it's not removed via Citri77... it would require some kind of refinishing (eg scouring pad or BKF). I had similar marks and used 3m 7447/7448 scouring pads w/ random orbital polisher to refinish the areas.

Simple two step, low cost process:
1) Baby wipe the area with elbow grease
2) Ammonia free windex the area.

Try not to buy into the “I need a $200 option for a $3 concern.”
