Sterling VA. Just went into the service request section for the TSB (wiper/sail appliqués) and added an item ‘wheel cover’. Sitting in the lobby waiting now. Should be done in about 45 minutes I think

I did the same thing here in the DFW area.

I had an appointment to install a spare tire kit. I sent a message via the Tesla app, responding to the appointment confirmation message, asking for wheel covers to be installed. When I arrived for the appointment the advisor verified that spare tire kit and the wheel covers were in stock. I asked him to not install the covers, but to put them in the bed and they did that for me. I installed them myself.

I never received an email other than the vague one that we all received telling us that we would be notified when the covers were available.

Do you have them on right? You have to attach around the outside, then bang the center cap twice to really set the cap.
