I used it all and at the end Windex melted it off! Wild!If it's acrylic, maybe acetone (available at beauty supply store, I've seen it at Walmart before); basically fingernail polish remover without the moisturizers and other stuff.
Just be careful not to let it drip down onto any plastic, it can eat into some kinds enough to mess up the surface.
And you want thick rubber or latex gloves (not disposable ones) to protect your hands from the acetone, and plenty of fresh air so you don't breathe too much of it. Nitrile gloves, good for many things, are NOT resistant to acetone.
You also want the fresh air because acetone vapor is flammable.
As mentioned elsewhere, you may want alcohol to follow the acetone, so there's no residue in case you're going to wrap or coat afterward.
If I were going to doodle on stainless steel, I think I'd try whiteboard markers, where are quite temporary and meant to come off reasonably easily. But my doodles don't look like anything at all, so I wouldn't.
