I was checking my Cybertruck reservation today......

When I tried to use my phone app, I was able to swipe over to the Cybertruck and I see the blue button labeled "Go to Account". When I click on it, it takes to the Tesla.com website. When I go directly to the website within a browser, and click on the CT icon, I get this (definitely a first for me):

Does anyone else have the same issue?

I also had a similar error. But it's now back to normal. Must've been an outage on their end for a shot period of time.

Haha, yep I had the same thought. Alas, not yet. To be fair, I don't really expect a VIN until later this month.

After you configure and place your order, does the Cybertruck show up in your app? My reservation does not show up in my app.

Yes, the truck (with my RN# and the correct vehicle details) shows up and all of the pre-delivery steps have been completed (up to scheduling the delivery date).

I ordered 1 week after you and am in Richmond as well...I also saw the same error at the same time last night. Even almost started a post just like you.

Fingers crossed we'll see some movement outside of CA, TX, and FL soon. My assumption though is that first VA orders will go up to NOVA and leave those of us in the 'normal' part of VA waiting a bit longer. That's how it was for the Model 3 roll out. I was in the first batch of those and had to go up to Tyson's to get it since Richmond couldn't deliver them right away.

When I bought my S, it was either Tyson's (which had just opened) or Raleigh. I had lived in Raleigh for a few years, so I chose that site. I would *never* drive a brand new vehicle first time around DC!

My first time in a Tesla was a Turo rental at National Airport. The renter jumped out in the pickup lane, tossed me the keycard, and sped away in another vehicle! I didn't even know how to put it in drive
