Took it to a Toyota dealership, it is still too new to sell.
That may not be true. My Porsche dealer gave me an offer on my AWD before I even took delivery in 2024. Shop it around and keep the miles low.

What do you mean by free supercharging? I have taken it to one. I paid for the power. Was I supposed to have to pay to access the Network in general?
look at the bottom in your app, it says free supercharging if you qualified for it from tesla

Fully understand your loyalty to your Toyota 4Runner. The Japanese assembled 4Runner will go 300k miles with minimal repairs. If you visit HI they are the literally everywhere.

For kicks and giggles take your newly won CT to CarMax or Carvana for an appraisal. That will give you a benchmark if you want to list it and sell it privately.

No. I thought about just running my house off my truck... There is no way Tesla wouldn't be able to spot that and nip your free supercharging for life in its proverbial butt.

However, if Tesla DID say it was okay, I know one guy who might just hit that Supercharger on the way home every day...

I use about 30KwH a day in the truck... I could give 50KwH a day to the house... Cut down on that $600/month electric bill...
i'm doing that now, however i have solar, the sun comes up every 12 hours and recharges the battery,
i have a cyberbeast in my Connecticut home and ill have a second cyberbeast in my GA home next week for the winter. i love no electric bills,
if you are interested in selling your 2WD, I do have $39,990 in cash! either in CT or GA
i need a summer 2WD to commute

I tried to trade it back to Tesla and even they told me that it’s too new and I should hit them back when I get the plates and title etc

I meant that you probably wouldn't get away with using free supercharging for running your house. And, hey, I've got a house in Georgia, too!

I'd rather push an AWD than drive an ICE
agreed, I am so happy not buying diesel or gasoline ever again, and I love the 15-20 mins supercharger, I'm old i have to piss every 2 hours! Ha.
I get more work done when I travel from Connecticut to GA, leaving again next sat to keep my beast down south for the winter plugged in with powershare till may. Free Lifetime supercharging is the biggest game changer for me!
it just makes sense

It's probably a good idea to put it out there and see if you get a bite! Do the numbers and buy the one that suits you. I rather like the RWD....if it comes to Australia as an option, it could sell as a bare bones work ute!

I won an online sweepstakes and won a Cybertruck. Turns out it is a 2026 RWD. Given all the things stripped out is it worth it to keep this thing? I kinda like it and feel like I want to keep it but it feels like so much is missing over an AWD version. I get that I got this for free so am I crazy for wanting more?

I have free supercharging on both our cars and it’s worth way more than people say.
FOREVER
I have had (and still have) Free Supercharging for life on my Model 3 Performance for over 7 years.

Over 7 years it's saved me less than $1000 (total) in Supercharger billing. Not a big deal for those who don't do a lot of Interstate travel. The last trip we took my wife's 2024 Model 3 Performance even though we would have to pay for Superchargers because it has active suspension, less wind noise and slightly better seats (ventilated).

In Texas, you only pay sales tax on the difference between the new vehicle's price and your trade-in's value, a significant tax credit that applies only when you trade it in at the same dealership where you buy the new vehicle, not if you sell it privately.

If you trade-in your RWD Cybertruck with an AWD Cybertruck or a new 4Runner you could save most of the Sales Taxes for a new vehicle.

@uttergreatness How old is your 4Runner?
Maybe this the occasion to get a new vehicle (CT AWD or 4-Runner).
