Picked up some of the brackets for the Milwaukee pack out system but it appears it isn’t going to happen like I wanted . These MOLLE panels are basically worthless for how small they are. Only got them because of the store credit. Anyway anyone have there bed set up nicely?

I get tired of taking my tools in and out and having to un click the Milwaukee pack out to get to the bottom box every time and this is just half the tool. My original thought was to get the pack outs mounted to click in on the MOLLE panels then I would have room for ladders and materials plus way more tools I use and also could leave that stuff on the sides and not need to unload it all when I want to throw my golf clubs in the bed . so I’m looking to find ways to make this my bed more efficient and have room ….

Anyone have photos of there set up ?

I I was able to attach some Packouts to the Tesla Vault Divider using Putco Packout aluminum mounting brackets (via Amazon) and some custom 32mm thick 3D printed spacer blocks, which extend the Putco plate out far enough so you can mount the Packouts.

I have NOT field tested this yet for weight, vibration, etc.

PS: Had to buy 2” replacement bolts for the Putco bracket bolts, so the screws would extend thru the 3D printed spacer blocks.

Here we go. I saw those brackets but didn’t work on the CT for lack of holes. I am
Perfectly fine with drilling my own. So you butted them
Up to one another on each aide
To
Connect them to the divider ?

Each Putco plate is freestanding. The 3D printed spacer block has a hole for the 2” bolt to go thru.

PS: I couldn’t get the Putco plate mounted to the Tesla side-mounted Molle panels.

I couldn’t get the Putco “nut plate” behind the Molle.

What about if you take off the MOLLE and mount then then put it back on ?

Well now I feel stupid ? I’ll give that a shot!
That’s why I made this threat to find out things I didn’t think about ? I thought about mounting the brackets I got for the pack out on the bed divider as you did but holding it up they were to big to sit flush.

I primarily have DeWalt tools, but was impressed by the functionality of the Packout storage and picked up a few items.. I have a mounting plate on the inside of my side cargo trailer door and thinking about mounting a couple on the inside of the tailgate. Definitely want to remove the inner tailgate panel and make sure there’s no interference installing with some bolts before drilling. Seems like the perfect height without interfering with the tonneau cover or preventing the tailgate opening and closing for these storage bins that are shorter.

Well I finally got all the parts to build the shelf the other person showed on here. I’m half way to achieving the rest. Waiting on some straps and things for the Molle panels.
I painted my rails black also
IF you do this and have Molle Panels you will need to put about 5/8 spacers behind the mounting brackets and saw a little off the ends of the pack out mounting plates. But happy so far I keep all my cordless tools in the smugglers bay and was having to literally move all my shit every single time I needed a power tool
