Inside tire wear @10k miles with front tires

This is what my tires look like after 10k miles, only noticed now when I was about to rotate them. What has everyone's experience been? Will Tesla service adjust the alignment under warranty?

Many vehicles leave the factory with alignment values non-ideal for best tire wear. I put my CT on the alignment rack at about 600 mi and found that both the front and rear toe values were out of spec. The proper procedures for alignment require many steps that need to be carried out in order to be successful.

Like Scott said above, there's a chance the Cybertruck had a less than stellar alignment when it left the factory.
I would take a look at the bushings in the front lower arms as well. During some of our testing we have found them to be pretty soft - especially considering the truck's size and weight. If they start to have more play, it could definitely mess with alignment on acceleration and deceleration, especially the horizonal bushing which sees a lot of abuse.

Great idea Scott. Naturally I like my tires to last as long as possible and wear evenly. I just had a rotation at 5,800 miles, a little early. Its a Beast and I've been enjoying the acceleration a lot. Yes I know this reduces tire wear. The tires appear to be wearing evenly so far.
Would my local tire shop provide this service and what service exactly do I ask them for? Is it just a toe and camber adjustment? Thanks in advance.

Recently had our model 3 aligned by Tesla after 150k miles. It was $300, which isn't cheap but I trust them. Worth it if you're grinding tires

The Tesla alignment procedure is Interesting. As TorqMonstr suggests, I suspect most non-Tesla shops won't perform it or, at least, won't perform it correctly, as required by the service manual.

On the other hand, the only alignment adjustments mentioned in the service manual for the truck are front and rear toe. I once adjusted the toe on a Miata with nothing more than straight edges and a measuring tape and got it good enough that an alignment check a few weeks later showed it within specifications.

Yesterday I had my tires rotated by a shop that built the first dually cyber truck. He stated the exact same thing about the bushings. It sounds like the factory will at some point have to redesign them. This shop has to change front end bushings on most of the lifted trucks they build for same reasons. I wonder if there are aftermarket bushings available yet to solve this problem. It would be worth changing them to prevent some tire wear?

We're looking into this. I don't want to overpromise and say we are definitely going to provide an aftermarket solution for the FLCA bushings, but it is a possibility. I'll be sure to keep you all updated if we produce it!
