Interesting ‘Nextdoor’ forum post

Someone posted this on my local (Bay Area) Nextdoor forum:

‘Around 1pm today I saw the strangest car. All black with darkened windows, militaristic looking, the size of a sedan, not an SUV. I wanted to take a photo but I was driving. The headlamps were replaced by a solid horizontal light bar across the front. Very angular, no curves, boxy with sharp edges. A bit scary and definitely mysterious. What could it have been? Did anyone see it?’

CT is becoming sort of/kind of a common site around here but not enough that laypeople know what it is yet. It’s definitely a polarizing vehicle! It is hard to imagine a vehicle with these looks being everywhere but that’s obviously going to happen because Teslas are already completely ubiquitous in the Bay Area.

Sounds like that typical retiree keeping an “eye” on their neighbors. ? Or, someone just watched a marathon of Men in Black. ?

Ready for these things to be common enough that owners don't get followed home or stopped to take pictures with it.
