Every time it rains my light bar fills up with condensation. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Usually it goes away however we’ve had a ton of rain in the south east and ever since the condensation will not evaporate. I’m going to make a service request today. I really hope that they replace it with out a fight. I also hope they replace it with the new version that has a bracket to secure it versus just gluing it.

its possible the drain/breather hole under the light bar was covered or was covered when installed. The drain/breather hole is is under the light bar in the middle towards the back side.

Not normal. Mine doesn’t do that but I do live in Arizona which isn’t exactly a tropical rainforest.

I have the same issue I just noticed. Ironically my windshield broke last month and I don't know if this is a new light or my old one. My old one (past 2 years) never had condensation. Thanks for posting!

Yeah I've only seen reports of this with the old version of the installation where the glue was used and covers that drain hole when compressed to the windshield. The 3M tape/end bracket install is what I used and never had this issue before.

I had condensation build up on my lightbar as well. I informed the SC and they said no worries, I would get a new one as they were doing my lightbar recall. When I looked at the docs, there was no lightbar, just brackets, nuts, bolts, and like tape. I questioned them when I dropped it off and they assured me they were replacing the lightbar. When I picked up the truck, I questioned if new lightbars were supposed to come from the factory with dead bug splats. Then they finally admitted they didn't actually replace the lightbar and that I would need to take a picture next time I have severe condensation build up and submit a new ticket. I also questioned the fact they said they fixed my headliner that was pulling away from and showed them I could still fit my fingers in on one side while it was snug on the opposite side. I have asked several times to get the cant rail overlapping the front quarter panel fixed and they keep saying they adjusted it even though it has continued with its overlap. And now, the black trim piece, just behind those new lightbar brackets they installed, just flew off on the freeway. The SC general lack of give AF if starting to wear thin on me.

Edit:spelling

They replaced mine as per the recall when they installed the brackets. Moisture could be entering via the bracket area if they did not apply the seals correctly. We have heavy rain here in S Florida and I have no condensation.
