Go into Service mode to see if you have any active alerts. (Google how to enter service mode)...Software, long press on truck, password SERVICE.

I have hidden alerts about locking Diff Calibration Error. May result in not being able to disengage lockers.

Do all new trucks have this error? Does it calibrate during normal driving? Or does it calibrate while engaging/disengaging the lockers.

DO NOT ENGAGE LOCKERS if you are on a hard surface. Damage may result. And if they won't disengage, you might end up needing a tow.

My truck just came out of service for an air suspension leak (hose wasn't attached), and they didn't mention the locking Diff Calibration Error.

So who has it?

I have that error too and I've seen many others post about it. I'm going to ask during my service visit today (that's not what it's going in for). My understanding was that since the lockers haven't been engaged before and was later unlocked via software it hasn't gone through an engagement/dis-engagement process to calibrate. I may be 100% wrong, but that theory seems plausible.

I would not go into service mode looking for trouble. If you have no errors in the standard interface, don't worry about it.

Service mode has better descriptors of any issues and potential resolution. I would agree with you that there are a few menu items to stay away from so don’t go looking for trouble but looking at alerts causes no harm other than it gives you more to “worry about” when you think all is good (and it usually is).

Unless it actually doesn't work, and you only find out when out in the boonies, and diffs won't unlock, and you can't get a tow.

Lots of good info in Service mode. Sure don't engage features that you don't understand. Lots of good info to see how systems operate.
