Went out this morning and heard the front of the truck "running" -- sounded like something was on. I jump in the truck and basically hear a bunch of chimes and errors pop up in the car (attached). I searched the forums and saw that this Low Voltage System issue seems to happen and basically cause the car to shut down other systems e.g. the rear axle steering etc. Anyone have the latest on what could be the issue? I already messaged the service center in the app. I had to take the truck in last week b/c I got some HVAC system error of which it looks like it was fine after I rebooted the car... I assume I need to have the car towed to the center as it says its "Unable to drive"?

Oh i just had a PEPS error too, different than yours. Yours is also showing a low voltage system error you could go into service mode and post error codes but my truck has been in service for the past 2 weeks. They did a firmware update which reset the PEPS ECU and basically said they have no idea why it happened. They gave me a “fast pass” for if it happens again. Contact roadside and have them tow it to the SC- the DI_a137 is covered for roadside towing.

I got an update from the service center. Apparently they discovered this was a firmware issue and that the system says the high voltage system is MIA for some reason. They are escalating the issue.. in case anyone else is running into this. I was running the latest software at the time.

Just figured I'd follow up here in case this happens to anyone else. This turned out to be a PCS issue. They replaced instrument cluster and a few other systems then finally said they had to replace the PCS. Car was in service for 24-25 days. Unfortunately going to be doing a buyback. Super unfortunate especially when I'm looking for alternatives...

Could it have been device cluster instead of instrument cluster?

Yes, you are correct. They replaced the device cluster. But still couldn't get rid of errors so replaced PCS.

Put in your replacement order now (if you plan on sticking with a Cybertruck). Waited to put in an order for a replacement and now I’m stuck without a Cybertruck for 1-2 months. 😫
