Mirror tilt in reverse

Did a search of the forums but didn't see anything on point.

When I put the CT in reverse, the mirrors auto-tilt because I have the toggle switch enabled. So far, so good. BUT, while the passenger mirror tilts down, the driver mirror tilts away from the truck rather than down. Has anyone experienced that or do I just add it to the first service center visit list?

I did go into the mirror settings and tried to adjust to see if I could fix it, but that led me to question number two: No matter how many toggles I turn on or off, or how much manual adjusting of the mirrors I do while in that interface, the Save and Restore buttons remain greyed out and I can't save anything. Any thoughts on question 2?

I figure I am doing something wrong but can't figure out what.

The buttons should un-grey as soon as you make a change to the mirror position.
Is there an profile active?

Have you tried doing a dual scroll wheel reset?
If that doesn't work, try a Power Off also.

Thanks for the response. There was no profile set, but I went ahead and created mine. Also did the power off, but that didn't resolve it. Still tilts outward. Will try to scroll wheel reboot as well but suspect I'll have to get the SC to resolve.

You can “adjust tilted position” to basically make it “tilt” to whatever position you want it to. In your first photo, the button is visible on the screen.

Also did the power off, but that didn't resolve it.

That save/restore still wasn't active.
