We thought the CT offspring would first be an SUV or maybe a van. Guess we were wrong. The word is out that the new Model (2) and RoboTaxi are CT inspired.

Cybertruck inspired in what way? The Cybertruck is a lot of things to a lot of people.
Could be CT inspired in that it's cool.
Or in that it's unpainted.
Or in that it's weird looking.
Or in that it's 48v.
Could mean anything.

I'm not quite convinced that's the case, I think the original statement may have been misinterpreted. I read it as them looking futuristic, as the Cybertruck is, not that they have a design that is Cybertruck like/inspired.

Also, they're trying to use the unboxed method - at least some of it - for the Cybertruck. So that's probably what he meant.

My buddy keeps telling me the model 2 will be a 2 seater trike platform, I'm thinking more of a sedan with 4 wheels. A case of brewski is at stake.

and the eagle eyed noticed the s etched on the far left edge

two seater with a luggage compartment in back - pretty wild if they go Bladerunner like the sketches
