Here's a business idea, or at least a way to make a quick buck:
  1. Fill your CT battery with cheap overnight home buzzy juice
  2. Find an EV charging station that is always packed
  3. Offer people in line a drink from your Cybertruck for a premium
  4. ?????
  5. Profit

Not sure how you could make a profit on it unless you place no value on your time. You would be charging other vehicles at the same speed as a typical home charger, so not very fast (compared to the super charger).

A better version of this would be a business that drives out to EVs that are stranded due to low battery, then you could justify a high cost as long as it is lower then a tow.

Sure there are a ton of ways to make money here- but how often are there stranded EVs? If I wasn't sure the thing would make the trip, I would risk the drive... talking about valuing your time, can't wait to get stuck on the side of the highway until I get a tow

I thought if that idea a long time ago, think of Uber but for charging your car, especially people that work at the office that won’t have time to charge later.

that's not a bad idea. Say, if you're in an office complex, or shopping mall, or wherever on a regular basis, and then make an agreement to siphon your battery while you're doing your business.

This idea will never fly.

As others have mentioned, it's not worth your time. You won't make much money (L2 charging is cheap per hour because it's slow). Don't forget that your own charge costs money (and don't forget electrical losses). People won't get much charge in the time they're waiting for a stall to open up (they're still going to need to Supercharge—no one will sit there with you for several hours for an L2 charge when they could have just waited minutes for a stall to be available...they'd lose their place in line). So you'll just be sitting in the parking lot all day and not driving a vehicle that you've waited 4 years for.

The big thing is that you'll be kicked out of there right away. You can't just go to any parking lot you want and set up shop to make money—at least not legally.

And if you really want to make this a legal operation, assuming you worked out a deal with the parking lot owner and you made any profit, you'd have to pay taxes on it.
