The blue loctite is so they don’t back out… you stripped all the tnuts? This doesn’t make sense.
Not the t nut, but the stainless screw.

I use a 4mm hex screwdriver until I could not turn it anymore by hand because of the Loctite causing resistance. I understand the purpose of Loctite and not debating that.

Then I used my power drill and was able to get them in, but then it stripped the tops of the screws.

I’m not sure if my bit was too soft so I ordered another set to see if I can get the rest of the screws in. All 8 are approximately 1/3 to 1/2 screwed in.

Can you let me know the size or send me another set?

See the attached photos below.

Has anyone tried mounting a light bar to the front of these rails rather than the top?

Similar to how this is mounted, but obviously on bar position #1 pointing forward.

Instead of this position (these are the heavy duty, but just using the image as an example):

Just curious if there were issues with that set up that I'm not seeing since I haven't used these myself just yet. (Planning on it in the future, but holding out for a cage <3)

Light bar will mount to the bar 1 just like that heavy duty system, no problem!
