I don’t understand. Tesla doesn’t do body work, at least not in my area. My insurance company sent me to different body shops and ‘they’ do the ordering and work. I had a fender bender last year that the Y was in the shop for 7 weeks. Not Tesla’s fault at all.Tesla !
My Cybertruck that’s been in service since July 19th after being rear-ended. As a loyal Tesla customer who’s supported the brand for years and even paid extra for the foundation, I’m feeling pretty let down by how things have gone so far.
It took 3 weeks just to get an estimate, and now I’m being told it’ll take another 3 weeks to assemble after the parts finally arrived. I get there are challenges, but that kind of timeline isn’t acceptable, especially for someone who’s stuck by Tesla from the start.
I’ve shown my support for Tesla, and I really hope Tesla can show a bit more appreciation by speeding things up and keeping me in the loop. Can you please give me an update and let me know how this can be resolved faster?
