I kinda agree with the OP. I am a big fan of Tesla vehicles but never whole-heartedly recommend anyone buy one because of the really poor service availability. In my area, the service centers are great once you get in but it is a 2 month waiting list. My wife's AC died in her 2018 Model S and it'll be another month before she will be able to bring it in. I live in Phoenix with triple digit temperatures daily so this is a big problem. So any time I show my Tesla, there is always that caveat I feel compelled to mention. They are great! ..until they're not. For most people who are nervous about the switch to EV, that is all it takes to make them decide to wait. Tesla really needs to fix this.
