Well I am sure there will be other vendors coming out with their own style. I remember when the model Y came out initially there was one and then internet sales was full of different variety. No clue on the modification. I do know they get these in bulk shipments from China. Maybe waiting to for the inventory to be released from factory. I hate when they post an item for sale only to learn later they are still being manufactured.

I actually looked at the site, they revised some pictures so it’s not as bulky thick plastic frame/hummer looking. I spoke too soon.

Following up here with an update from my contact at EVBase...

These will go back into production next month. I have a review unit that will be shipped to me so expect a video as soon as I get my hands on it. I do like the one in my R1S and it's been holding up quite well.

Will be interesting to see what mesh they go with now too, one shows the fine mesh like the Rivian and the other shows a larger opening diamond mesh… hard to say what is rendering Ai or what is their actual demo testing grill.
