It started with a simple screen warning…front camera needs to be cleaned. Wipers didn’t do it. Then multiple warnings…everything from seat belts to wiper fluid. Then all warning light started blinking red and then total power loss. Lucky I was able to creep a parking spot 100 yards away. Did a couple of total of resets that didn’t help. Then a total crash no power, no screen, everything locked down. Good thing I had drivers door open, or I would have had to pull manuall door lock to get out.
Good part Tesla had a tow truck there in an hour. In the Tesla shop awaiting parts. Not sure of the problem yet. It is scheduled to be fixed by Saturday.
The small price you pay for keeping up with state of the art technology advances. Still, love the Beast. The new model Y loaner is greatly improved in ride and quietness.
